Police have made an arrest following a three-day manhunt through Muskoka and Parry Sound

A McKellar man is facing charges related to multiple crashes, stolen vehicles, and a police chase.

The twenty-five-year-old has been charged with vehicle theft, flight from police and dangerous operation of a vehicle.

On Monday, Huntsville OPP was called to Aspdin Road in Muskoka Lakes Township for a collision. Police say a driver involved in the crash took off in another vehicle and officers were forced to break off a chase for public safety reasons. On Tuesday, West Parry Sound OPP was called to a crash involving the stolen vehicle on Highway 612 in Seguin Township. The driver was gone by the time police arrived.

On Wednesday, West Parry Sound OPP was called again after a vehicle was stolen from Healey Road in Seguin. Police searched the area and were able to find the vehicle. The McKellar man was found a short time later and arrested. He is being held for a bail hearing.
