A group of Norwegian dignitaries is hoping to learn more about what makes Bracebridge great.
Gol Mayor Heidi Granli and her group were officially welcomed to Bracebridge on Tuesday.
Granli says this trip is a great learning experience to help improve her own municipality.
Bracebridge officials have a lot of plans for the group including taking in the special Canada 150 celebrations happening in town on Saturday.
The two communities built a friendship after the Norwegians used Muskoka as a training area during World War II.
The group will fly out next Monday.
