Bracebridge residents react to suggested municipal tax increase

Bracebridge council has decided to put a small increase on taxes to put more money into reserves.

Town staff had originally suggested an increase of 3.8 per cent in order to support the budget needs.

However, council felt adding an extra one per cent would help with saving funds for infrastructure needs.
