The fight may not be over in a battle over a proposed Hydroelectric Dam in Bala Falls.
Local group SaveTheBalaFalls.com is considering its options after their application to stop a proposed land lease was denied in court.
Officials with the group say they are considering attempting to appeal the decision.
The appeal was rejected following a lengthy presentation from both representation for SaveTheBalaFalls.com and the company attempting to lease the land Swift River Energy.
Swift River has already begun preparing the construction staging area on Crown land, which has been approved by the Ministry of Natural Resources.
