Enjoy an hour of Chi Kung and Meditation which includes breathing exercises with visualization, combined with gentle movement to improve circulation of Chi (life force energy) throughout organs and body for healing and balance. These exercises will help you learn how to maximize your breath potential for optimum health and well-being.
