A Severn Township man is facing charges after police were called to an ATV crash in Coldwater.
Southern Georgian Bay OPP says when officers arrived, they found there hadn’t been a crash, but a man who had pulled up to the local Beer Store on his ATV was being denied service. After a short investigation, a 29-year-old man had his licence suspended and his ATV impounded after he was charged with drunk driving.
He’ll answer to his charges in Midland at the end of September.
