Fire officials want you to double check all your fire extinguishers.
Kidde is recalling 23 models of extinguishers with plastic handles and push-bottom Pindicators. These extinguishers have reportedly had issues with clogging and jamming. The manufacture dates on the problem extinguishers run between 1973 and 2017. The extinguishers are red, white and silver with ABC and BC ratings.
Kidde says the recall does not include metal handle and valve fire extinguishers.
