Tomorrow is officially Canada’s birthday and you’re going to want to celebrate with fireworks. Fire Prevention Officer with the Huntsville/Lake of Bays Fire Department Mike Vadlja says they want you to be safe.

Fireworks can be dangerous if you’re not careful. Vadlja says burns from fireworks can be serious.

Huntsville will start their Canada Day celebrations at River Mill Park at 2pm. The fireworks will happen at Avery Beach. The display will start as soon as it gets dark.
