A group of parents in Gravenhurst is calling for the re-initiation of French classes in the public elementary schools. The Gravenhurst Parents for French Programing committee is asking advocates for French programming to take part in a letter writing and survey campaign.
The committee says there are four buses leaving the town for French Immersion every day, which is more than enough to bring the classes closer to home.
