The Town of Bracebridge is preparing to launch its new transit service.
On Monday, the new service will be available to residents across the community.
To kick off the new service, Bracebridge Mayor Graydon Smith and town council will be hosting an event at McVittie Place starting at 9:50am.
Community representatives will have an opportunity to ‘Ride the Wave’.
For anyone interested in trying out the service, town officials say it will be free for the first month.
The town has also launched its webpage for the new service providing details like fare rates, service alerts and the schedule and route.
