A beach advisory has been issued at a beach in the Township of Muskoka Lakes.
The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit says an advisory has been posted at the Windemere Beach on Lake Rosseau.
This means warning signs are posted notifying users that the water contains levels of bacteria that could cause skin, eye, ear, nose and throat infections and stomach disorders.
It’s advised if you choose to swim during an advisory, avoid ducking your head underwater.
