Rain or shine, Rotary DockFest will still happen tomorrow.
This comes from the Rotary Club of Huntsville where officials say rain in the forecast will not dampen its all-day event. The parade is expected to begin at 11:00am down Main Street and races will start noon.
Moose FM will be emceeing the event and will also have its bathtub in the race.
