Bracebridge OPP has confirmed an 18-year-old who was seriously injured in a collision on Manitoba Street has died.
Following the two-vehicle collision on Thursday morning, John Pratt was airlifted to Toronto with serious injuries.
On Sunday, he passed away.
Police are still looking for details from anyone that may have witnessed the collision.
