Muskoka’s Honorable James Bartleman hosting talk in Orilllia
Muskoka’s Honorable James Bartleman is hosting a special presentation today in Orilllia. Bartleman grew up in Port Carling and is a member of the Chippewas of Mnjikaning First Nation. Today, he’ll be visiting Patrick Fogarty Catholic Secondary School in Orillia for an event on the Revitalization of Aboriginal Education for Grade 10 students. Bartleman is also the celebrated author and former Lieutenant Governor of Ontario. He will speak about a journey of resiliency and determination, cross cultural awareness and becoming global citizens. It all starts just after 10am.
