St. Dom’s rewards athletes for a successful year in sports

Athletes from St. Dominic Catholic High School are being recognized for their achievements and representation of the school.
On Friday, students were treated to a lazy afternoon cruising Lake Muskoka in Gravenhurst on the Wenonah II Steamship.
The school has also awarded the athletes for the 2015-2016 season:
  • Junior Female Athlete of the Year – Abby Brown
  • Junior Male Athlete of the Year – Brendan Rooney
  • Senior Female Athlete of the Year – Nadia DeWasha
  • Senior Male Athlete of the Year – Bryden Becker
  • Athletic Merit Award – Tiffany Rae Glenn-Cooke
  • Coaches Award, Senior Girls’ Basketball – McKenna McCoy
  • Coaches Award, Senior Boys’ Soccer – Phil Nielsen
  • Coaches Award, Junior Girls’ Volleyball – Abby Ellis
  • Coaches Award, Senior Girls’ Volleyball – Bianca Luchengco
  • Coaches Award, Senior Boys’ Basketball – Josh Lwabulanga
  • Coaches Award, Badminton – Madi Vandenberg
  • Coaches Award, Junior Track & Field – Ben Nielsen
