Spruce Glen Public School in Huntsville has launched their scrap mental campaign. Grade 7/8 teacher Shaun Kruger says they are raising funds for the Grade 8 end of school field.

From now until the 25th you can drop off your scrap metal at the school. You can bring anything metal. Kruger shares some examples of what they’ll take.

They won’t accept things like microwaves, propane tanks, fridges and freezers. For more info you can contact Kruger at the school at 705-789-4591. Meantime, Riverside Public is also holding a scrap metal fundraiser.
