Donations will benefit Muskoka women’s shelters

$5,000 has been raised in support of local women’s shelters. It happened at the third annual Bracebridge Royal LePage booster night which was held at the Bracebridge Boston Pizza. Donations of silent auction items were almost three times what the night has seen in the past. Money raised goes through the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation which is dedicated to funding women’s shelters and violence prevention programs. The money will be given to the Muskoka Women’s Advocacy Group (MWAG), which operates Muskoka Interval House in Bracebridge and Chrysalis in Huntsville.
