MNR issues water safety statement

The Ministry of Natural Resources is advising area residents that a Water Safety Statement is in effect for the District. The MNR reminds you of the dangers that exist on local streams, rivers, ponds and lakes during the spring breakup. The MNR is closely monitoring the weather and developing watershed conditions. Further updates will be issued as appropriate.
