An Executive Committee has been selected for the newly created Muskoka and Area Health System Transformation Council.
The committee is made up of seven members that come from the Muskoka region.
This includes Bracebridge CAO John Sisson, Vice Chair of the Muskoka Victim Services Board of Directors Charlane Cuett, former Muskoka Lakes Rotary President Gary Froude, Doctor David Mathies, Chartered Accountant Philip Matthews, former Huntsville Chamber of Commerce and Town Councillor Sven Miglin and career banker Larry Saunders.
The North Simcoe Muskoka Local Health Integration Network will now review submissions from Executive Committee for the general member positions in the council.
The LHIN is expected to make a decision on these members in the next few weeks.
