A traffic stop in Bracebridge resulted in more than impaired driving charges.
On Monday evening, Bracebridge OPP officers pulled over a driver on Highway 11 north near Taylor Road.
The officers were responding to a complaint that the driver was possibly impaired.
During the investigation of the driver and his vehicle, the officers discovered drugs.

Police have charged 55-year-old Daniel Viau of Smooth Rock Falls with driving while impaired by drugs.
He was also charged for possession of cocaine and marijuana.
Viau will appear in court in Bracebridge on June 14th.
