Police seize three firearms in vehicle search

A Waterloo man faces multiple charges after police found three firearms in his car.  On Friday night, police stopped to check a parked car on the shoulder of Gore Rd in Oro-medonte. Police charged the driver for drinking and driving. A subsequent search was made and police found three guns. One had no lock and was fully loaded with one round chambered. The 36-year-old has been charged with Careless Use of a Firearm, Weapon and Ammunition. He’s scheduled for court on March 24th.
