Open to Mite, Tyke, and Novice aged children, the league will run out of the Humphrey Arena and will teach the basics of Lacrosse technique as well as encouraging children to pursue the sport.
In person registration will take place at the Humphrey Arena on Wednesday, April 9 from 3pm-6pm or anytime during business hours, Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30.
Registration forms are available on the town website or at the arena office.
The first practice will be Thursday, April 24, 6:00pm-7:00pm and will run weekly until June 19.
Director of Community Services Kelly Krist says the league will give young kids an opportunity to experience the fun of this sport right in their own backyard.
