Two Muskoka locals are facing charges in a major drug bust in the district.
On Monday night, Bracebridge OPP joined by the Muskoka Crime Unit stopped a vehicle on Muskoka Road 169 in Bala. After investigating, officers discovered over $25,000 worth of cocaine in the vehicle. About $11,000 in cash and the vehicle itself were both seized with the illegal drugs.
45-year-old Iver Patrick Hansen Jr. and 22-year-old Genna Leigh Kramer from Muskoka Lakes Township were charged with drug trafficking. They will answer to their charges in Bracebridge on October 2nd.
