Seguin Council isn’t allowing overnight mooring at the Rosseau dock anymore.
At an early August meeting, councillors decided to block boaters from using the docks overnight. The main concern was potential visitors looking to take part in various events like the Friday Farmers Market have had trouble finding available slips.
Councillors also landed on a one-hour parking limit instead of a three-hour suggestion being batted around. Although municipal officials said enforcement of that limit would likely be lighter than with street parking.
