If your Muskoka charity needs a leg up, Muskoka Community Foundation can help.
The non-profit organization is taking applications for the Smart and Caring Muskoka Fund. Registered charities in the district can apply for up to $3,000 of funding for community projects that will benefit Muskoka’s residents. MCF is specifically looking for projects focused on building healthy communities, engaging residents and overall improving quality of life.
Applications will be accepted up until September 28th. Since the fund was created in 2012, $84,000 in grants have been given out across the district. You can find out how to qualify for this grant here.
