The Huntsville OPP is asking for the public’s help after a family’s kayaks were tipped.
The OPP says it happened Sunday at around 1:30pm in the Lake of Bays area on Oxtongue River.
A woman told police she was kayaking with her family when a blue Sun Ray bowrider passed going so fast that it created a wake that flipped their kayaks.
There were five people on the bowrider and the OPP would like to speak with its owner.
If you know anything about this incident, or recognize the boat in the picture, you’re asked to call the Huntsville OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
