Gravenhurst students will learn how meaningful math can be in all aspects of life.
Gravenhurst Public School will host its first Math is Everywhere Career Fair tomorrow, with information booths set up by local organizations from around Muskoka. Trillium Lakelands District School Board Experimental Education Consultant Jacki McPherson says it’s a great opportunity for these kids to learn how math is relevant in their daily lives.
Some of the organizations setting up booths include municipal groups like the Gravenhurst Opera House and educational institutions like Georgian College.
