A planned power outage in May will affect thousands of homes just north of Huntsville.
Hydro One will be shutting off the power to homes in Armour, Perry, Kearney, Ryerson and other Almaguin communities on May 13th. The outage is expected to affect over 3,000 homes in the morning between eight and noon.
Officials say the outage is necessary for crews to perform maintenance on the lines.
