Drivers are reminded to lock car doors to prevent theft

Huntsville OPP are reminding drivers to hide valuables and to lock car doors before leaving your vehicle. Sometime between Saturday and Monday, unknown suspects rummaged through an unlocked car in a parking lot on Main St E in Huntsville. A black Dakota winter jacket and an Apple IPOD were stolen.  Police are urging everyone to remove any valuables from vehicles or put them in a place where they are not seen easily. Anyone with any information about this theft is asked to contact Huntsville OPP or Crime Stoppers.
