Mark your calendars for your 2018 tax bills in Bracebridge.
The town is tentatively setting March 28th as the final day to collect the first half of the 2018 property taxes. You’ll be expected to pay about 50 per cent of what your total municipal taxes were last year. The town needs this early collection to help pay for budget costs in the first half of the year. Bills will be sent out in February. The bill for the second half of tax collection is usually sent out in May.
Bracebridge council will review this tax levy due date during the next general committee meeting on Tuesday morning.
