Huntsville OPP is investigating a few thefts in the area.
Last Wednesday, police were called after a snowmobile was towed away on its trailer from a home on Hammond Road in Lake of Bays. Officials say someone broke into the garage and stole the snowmobile and trailer. The snowmobile is a Bombardier MXZ with the registration number 6AK916. The trailer is an enclosed Stearns with the licence plate number N4536C.
Another trail was stolen from a property on Yearley Road in Huntsville Sunday night. It’s described as a Living Light Travel Trailer with the licence plate number P5192Y.
