The OPP is reminding drivers the cold weather will soon bring snow to the district. Police say you should make sure your defrosters are working properly before you need to start dealing with frozen windshields. Officers say drivers also need to remember the roads in the winter can be a lot more dangerous as well. You’ll need to drive a bit slower and give yourself more time to get to your destination. Police say now is a good time to book an appointment to get your winter tires on as well.
