Tractor trailer in ditch on Highway 11

Highway 11 southbound, north between Stephenson Road 2 and Stephenson Road 4 is down to one lane. The Huntsville OPP says a tractor trailer is well into the ditch. Traffic will be slow moving. The OPP is asking you to watch out for emergency vehicles in that area. Heavy tow is on scene.
