Learn how to prevent the spread of invasive species

The Muskoka Watershed Council is hosting a free workshop this morning beginning at 9am at the District office on Pine Street in Bracebridge. While there, you’ll be able to learn how to protect yourself from invasive species while also reporting them through a new app. Then on Tuesday, a second seminar is happening, but this time it’s for the different ways you can set up and monitor a forest plot on your property.  That seminar will happen at the Bracebridge Resource Management Centre on Highway 11 North from 10am until noon.
