Orillia OPP have charged a Severn Township man in the death of a cyclist over the summer.
Sixty-three-year-old Frank McMillan of Orillia died in hospital after he was struck by a vehicle while on his bicycle.
Police have charged a 37-year-old man with careless driving and he is set to appear in court in Orillia on January 11th.
The incident happened on Telford Line in Severn Township in July.
