Huntsville OPP is already nabbing drivers during the Festive RIDE campaign.
On Friday, officers had set up a check stop on Highway 60 when a driver was stopped around midnight.
Police put the driver through a roadside test and officials say the result came up as a fail.
A 50-year-old Hamilton man has been charged with impaired driving.
He will appear in court in Huntsville on December 21st.
