This weekend, a pet adoption and fundraising event is happening in Bracebridge.
Muskoka Brewery and Beachdog Rescue will be hosting the event.
Beach Dog Rescue is a local organization that rescues homeless dogs from Antigua and brings them to Canada, where they get cared for until they are adopted.
The event will feature live-music, food, and brews.
All proceeds from the event will go to continuing Beach Dog Rescue’s work, with a hope of also finding good homes for the dogs.
The event happens at the Muskoka Brewery from 11:30am until 2:00pm on Saturday.
