A man accused of killing another man with his vehicle in a Walmart parking lot has received bail.
Twenty-five-year-old Jason Heffernan was released on a $200,000 bail after appearing in court in Barrie.
Heffernan was arrested in early July after 29-year-old Corby Stott was hit in the Midland Walmart parking lot.
Stott died from his injuries in hospital and Heffernan was charged with second degree murder.
He will appear in court again on September 8th.
