There will be a large number of road closures this weekend in Huntsville.
Due to the Rotary DockFest and the Ironman 70.3 taking place, closures will be in effect tomorrow and Sunday. Town staff says from 10:00am until 11:30am tomorrow, Caroline Street will be closed, including Main Street at Lorne Street down towards Brunel. This is for the IronKids race as well as the DockFest Parade.
During the Ironman 70.3 on Sunday, Deerhurst Drive will be closed from Highway 60 to Deerhurst Resort. The town bridge will also be closed.
Town staff says there will only be road sharing throughout the day.
