Local businesses are the prime focus for the next initiative by the Huntsville Hospital Foundation.
“Business Cares” is a campaign to recruit local businesses to give to the hospital and build on its local partners. Chair of the project, Pat Dube says the goal is to keep healthcare for life, here in Huntsville.
Organizers are hoping to recruit at least 40 local companies to donate a combined goal of $1 million over the next five years, Dube explains how this initiative all started.
He says there are already several businesses on board and have donated.
Benefits to becoming a member include special recognition within the community and on roadside billboards along with other acknowledgements.
