The Huntsville/Lake of Bays Chamber of Commerce is looking forward to hosting upcoming events for the 2016 season.
Executive Director, Kelly Haywood presented her report during their general committee meeting. In the report, highlights from 2015 were presented as well as a look ahead to the coming 2016 season including the Muskoka Maple Festival in April and the Girls Getaway Weekend in the summer.
Some of the tasks looking ahead for the chamber include keeping connection with the town in culture and sport tourism. Other tasks include attracting corporate national sponsorships and maintaining Huntsville’s brand quality and community balance.
