A man accused of shooting a bear in a residential area has made his first court appearance.
The 65-year-old made a brief appearance at the Ontario Court of Justice, in Bracebridge, on Tuesday.
However, nothing has been decided and his case is pushed ahead to December 22nd.
He faces the charge of careless use of a firearm.
