A court date is scheduled in December for the man who crashed his vehicle into the LCBO in Bala.
Bracebridge OPP says the 26-year-old from Muskoka Lakes Township has been charged with impaired driving and having over 80 milligrams of alcohol in his system. On Sunday morning police say the man was seen driving his vehicle into the side of the LCBO.
Nobody was hurt and there has been no estimated cost of damages.
