The District of Muskoka announces garbage collection will be every other week starting the week of November 1st.
Officials say residents living in urban areas are limited to only 4 bags. For those who live in rural areas the bag limit is 6. They say any extra bags can be taken to the nearest landfill site or transfer station. Recycling and green bins will still be picked up every week.
They are also reminding everyone that leaf and yard collection will be November 7th and 14th.
