Another telephone fraud claims a victim in Tay Township.
Police are reporting a restaurant was contacted by a person claiming to be a hydro company and threatening to shut off the hydro if a payment was not made.
According to police, they are letting everyone know scammers always make a request to sound very urgent which may cause the victim to not verify the story.
