The Muskoka Drive in Theatre needs your help. The film industry has announced they’re making the switch from film to digital to save on costs. Owner of the Muskoka Drive In Theatre, William Alexander says he can’t see the Drive In closing, but says if the digital switch isn’t made the theatre won’t be able to stay up-to-date.

Alexander says his company is looking for public funds to offset the $50,000 to $60,000 cost it’ll take to make the theatre go digital. He says, rather than donating money, all funds given will be used as trade for free movie screenings and money spent at the snack bar.
