Canadian Blood Services looking for blood donors

While the kids are home this March Break, why not take the whole family to donate blood? The Canadian Blood Services says this time of year is a bit challenging to get donations, while their regular donors are away on vacation or other March Break activities. But, this week is the perfect time to donate. Parry Sound is hosting blood donor clinics at St. Peter’s Knights of Columbus Hall today and tomorrow. Today’s clinic is almost full but there are still 20 openings for Friday. Friday’s clinic runs from 9:30am until 12:30pm. Call 1-888-2DONATE to make an appointment or go online to www.blood.ca
