OTTAWA SHOOTINGS UPDATE 25: Soldiers being told to wear plain clothes after work

Canadian soldiers are being told not to run errands in their uniform when they leave work today.  They are being told not to run errands, not to pick up their children while wearing their uniforms.  Meanwhile, students are still in school in Ottawa but doors are locked and all schools are secure.  School buses will still run but after school events in the nation’s capital have been cancelled.
