Race to Reveal is a 12-week exercise and nutritional support program with personal trainers that aims for healthy weight loss. By taking part, you could reduce your weight by 1-2 pounds a week by following a simple and progressive workout plan. Bi-weekly training sessions, weekly emails, ongoing recipe and food ideas based on Health Canada guidelines.
As part of her LIFE resolution, Rebecca Eyers plans to eat healthier and exercise with consistency and quality. She hopes to keep these changes going past the Race to Reveal time frame.
