A group of dignitaries is crossing an ocean to continue a Muskoka relationship that has spanned decades.
Five representatives from Gol, Norway will be coming to Bracebridge at the end of June.
Mayor Graydon Smith says this visit is part of the ongoing relationship the two communities share.
Smith says the group, including Gol’s mayor, will be visiting with local business owners and learning more about the tourism industry in Muskoka.
He says they’ll be here in time to see the Canada Day fireworks display as well and they will sit in on a town council meeting.
